For church members and ministries:
We are happy to provide the use of the room(s) for your event. Please remember that this is a church building dedicated to God and His service. As such, please treat the building and equipment with proper respect. The following guidelines are based on this, and we thank you for your efforts to help us be good stewards of what belongs to God.
- Except for restroom use, you (and your group) must stay in the rooms you have been permitted to use. You are responsible for ensuring that all children are supervised and do not wander into other areas.
- You must place the trash in the proper containers and put food in the outside dumpster.
- If you do any craft projects on the tables (e.g., glue, glitter, paint), make sure you first cover them adequately for their protection.
- You must turn off the lights and lock the doors when you leave the building.
- Smoking is NOT permitted in the building (including the restrooms).
- You must clean the area of the building you use, returning the rooms to the condition you found them (see photos below). A $50.00 deposit is required to reserve any room in the church building. This deposit will be returned if there is no damage to the facilities or equipment.
A staff member will contact you by your preferred method to let you know if the room(s) is available and collect other pertinent information.
(The room is not considered reserved until confirmation by phone, text, or email from a staff member.)
