Below is our wedding request form. Please print out, complete form, and mail to Hillsboro Church of Christ, 155 W. Walnut St., Hillsboro, Ohio 45133. Or you can email to susie@hillsborochurch.net, or physically bring it in to the church. Once received it will go to our ministerial staff and they will be in contact with you.
